Description
Romance returns to the movies in this sweet comedy starring Katherine Heigl (Grey's Anatomy) fresh on the heels of her smash success with 2007's Knocked Up. This time out, she plays Jane, the idealistic, completely selfless best friend who may not have a husband at home, but, as a perennial bridesmaid, she's got each and every, (mostly) hideous frock to mark each turn on the nuptial sidelines. With no happy ending of her own in sight, she really gets hit with a marital curve-ball when her younger sister Tess captures the heart of Jane’s boss, with whom she is secretly in love. Jane soon begins to reexamine her look at life and love. Sufficeth to say, rice may not be the only thing thrown this time out!
