Description
In this sequel to the 2000 movie hit, Cooper's (the returning Ethan Stiefel) company has had its funding cut and fallen apart and he has now returned to American Ballet Academy to teach. But the focus lies on Kate Parker (Rachele Brooke Smith), a "self taught dancer", who is a hip hop/ballet fusion dancer, determined to be accepted in to the school. But when she is rejected, as well as socially ostracized, she realizes she needs to fuel her passion even further if she's going to make her dreams come true in the dance world. She does find some inspiration when she meets Tommy (Kenny Wormold), a hockey player who has also been accepted in to ABA and they end up dating. But a personal life and a professional life are two different things, and difficult to maneuver. Both will surely keep Kate on her toes. Peter Gallagher (TVs The O.C.) also returns, along with a cast of hot up-and-coming stars, all rocking to a new beat in this unmissable sensation!
